Eating clean is a piece of cake....until you see a piece of cake.
25 days until the big 3-0! It's been getting easier. I had about 2 weeks of nonstop sweet cravings which have seemed to have, for the most part, subsided. I'm working out about 1 1/2 to 2 hours a day and eating about 5 times a day. I have decided that by the time I am done I will have eaten an entire chicken coop! My meals consist of lean protein at every meal, steamed veggies with 2 - 3 meals and I usually have 2 protein shakes a day and TONS of water. I went to the Utah NPC competition yesterday with my good friend, Melissa, and the dedication these women have is amazing. I idolize them! I hope to compete one day!
