56 Days

Today was the first day of the 8 week diet plan. It's gone well today, although I don't know that I won't become tired of it eventually. Oatmeal for breakfast, string cheese for a snack, homemade turkey meatballs and broccolli and a salad with pork. I have limited my carbs to less than 50 grams a week. My oatmeal alone has 30 grams in it! No milk and no sugar, but plenty of water. 2 liters today, which is somewhat of a record for me. I felt full all day long and went to the bathroom approximately every 30 minutes. Gym tonight was back, biceps, shoulders, abs and cardio. I'm working out each muscle twice a week and one of those two times I work the muscle to fatigue. I am doing one hour of cardio 6 days a week. I will keep ya'll posted!
